Rosedale House is situated within five minutes walk of Richmond railway and underground station where central London is 30 minutes away. There is easy access to the M3 and M4 motorways, both with links to the M25. London Heathrow airport is within 10 miles of Rosedale House as is London's city centre.

Richmond itself has a well developed business community with an excellent range of shops and an abundance of restaurants close at hand. The Central Reference Library, in the Old Town Hall, offers a wide selection of business information from British Standards to world-wide telephone directories, and market research documents to statute and regulations.

Richmond also boasts two theatres and three cinemas, a host of buildings of historic interest, museums, galleries and Kew Gardens is literally around the corner.
